the hotel staff are kind and the service is excellent

This hotel is well priced and the level of service is very good. The restaurant and spa are terrific amenities. I wish I had had time to go to the Hammam fully!

The rooms are considerably smaller than advertised, and both the lobby and breakfast area are quite cramped. Overall, it feels more like a clean three-star hotel.

It was amazing, The hotel is located at a quiet street but at the same time in a good location near the shopping and restaurants in Nişantaşı. The staff were amazing and very helpful.

My family and I had a wonderful 5 nights stay at Gleam Collection hotel. The staff are very inviting, friendly and helpful. The rooms are new, clean and comfortable. The hotel is situated in the city centre of Istanbul with many shops and restaurants only a short walk away. The only downside is that the hotel itself is positioned on a dodgy back street which feels unsafe to walk at night, it is a shame it is not situated on the main road as that would have made the hotel perfect. Despite this I would not hesitate to come back and stay here. I would recommend this hotel and it’s lovely staff members to all.

Hotellet var et rent hotel med et venligt personale, der var gode til at hjælpe med alt i forhold til taxaer, vejvisning og generelt hjælp til info om byen. Hotellet har en god placering og ligger tæt på metro og centrum.

Otel temiz bakımlı, personel ilgili. Yürüyerek her işimizi gördük. Metro çok yakın. Kahcaltı güzel

Very cosy hotel, modern and clean, with kind and very helpful stuff. The only problem was the small breakfast hall, especially at the rush hours. But the breakfast was nice!

Top Lage, sehr sauber, neues Hotel, Service ausgezeichnet!! Wir werden wieder dieses Hotel buchen 🙌 wir waren sehr zufrieden!
