The room is comfortable, especially the bed and pillows.

Clean room. Cold AC. Fast Wi-Fi. There's a refrigerator. Great price and excellent facilities. The room amenities are excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time I go to Sub.

Ordered a family room and got a very spacious room with a double bed and 1 single bed and there is a sofa to sit on. If you add a carpet, it might be more comfortable. Very close to Jalan Tunjungan, especially at night if you want to find culinary. Parking uses valet and the staff are very helpful. The view at the swimming pool is very nice in the afternoon. Got a welcome drink at the cafe which was very delicious. Stayed 3 days 2 nights with varied breakfast.

Very affordable, spacious & clean room, will definitely repeat, near to Tunjungan Plaza. If you're looking for local souvenirs or food to bring home, those shops are just walking distance behind the hotel.

The hotel staff was friendly. There was a problem with the door and it was fixed immediately. The food was also delicious. The hot water kettle needs to be checked for cleanliness; there was still a lot of tea left in the kettle.

The pool is nice and clean, you can borrow towels if you don't bring one from your room, the rooftop cafe area has live music, the room is very clean, the pillows are big and comfortable, the AC is cold, the toilet has a jet spray, for that price the facilities are extraordinary.

This is my second stay here, it is very comfortable, the room is clean, the service is very satisfying and the restaurant (breakfast) although not very big, the food and drinks are quite varied and delicious.

Spacious room and aircon is cooling. Toilet is clean but hair dryer needs to request, no fridge in the room. Breakfast less variety, need more improvement.
