Strategic location, comfortable and clean rooms, and delicious food. A rooftop swimming pool with beautiful views of Surabaya. Perfect for a family staycation.

The hotel was very comfortable, and it wasn't far from the city center. The hotel grounds were very clean, as were the rooms, which were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious. It was also conveniently close to the event location, so we could take a morning walk to the event.

I liked the spacious and affordable room. I booked 2 suites, but unfortunately I couldn't be next to my parents. It turns out there's only one suite on each floor. The breakfast was quite delicious, standard according to the hotel's rating. The service was good, I was able to check in 1 hour early because we wanted to swim while waiting for check-in. The only sad thing was that there were lots of small ants, so my son's milk bottle and his milk were covered in ants. Maybe it can be improved.

I was really happy staying here. The location is strategic, we got a corner room with two views and it was spacious. The kids were free to run around in the spacious room. The staff was friendly. The food was delicious, perhaps with more variety in the future. If you're ever in Surabaya, I highly recommend this hotel.

The 3 days and 2 nights were very comfortable. The staff was friendly, the corridors and rooms were clean and comfortable. The surrounding area is also a great tourist destination.

The hotel was actually nice, close to everything, and looked clean. However, in our room, two baby cockroaches were crawling out near the bed. It probably needs regular insecticide spraying. The refrigerator wasn't cold, and the water heater wasn't hot.

The room was decent, but the corridors and elevator were hot, with no air conditioning or fans at all. The location was okay, although the path to the lobby and parking lot was very steep and narrow.

The location is close to Platinum, and the rooms are nice, spacious, and clean. The staff are friendly, but the food is limited in variety and lacking in flavor. Hopefully, this can be improved.

We had a good stay at River View, enjoying the live band at level 12 in the house restaurant. Highly recommend for a budget & comfortable stay.
