Quiet and relaxing. Lovely staff. Food good but limited menu

This place is a must-stay for pilgrims to Knock. The staff are very gracious, always making you feel welcome and at-home in the hallways. The front desk is exceptionally helpful in responding to questions, looking up information online, and attending to guests' needs. Thank you for making our first stay in Knock so comfortable and memorable.

Excellent breakfast buffet. Very nice rooms. The dinning room staff were very polite and friendly. Some small maintenance issues with the room, like a burnt out light by the door/bathroom and a sticky door lock (had to make sure the door was closed and locked). We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Great place to stay when visiting the shrine

The walls are very thin. I was a single occupant next to a room with two ladies and they chatted late into the night, which was very audible through the thin walls. Room also too hot during the night, even with radiator off completely, but being on ground floor meant the window could not be left open during the night (possibiity on rats/mice getting in). Shower great on first day but then failed to get as hot on the second day. A lovely hotel with great staff but due to noisy neighbours, thin walls and tepid shower I had a poor nights sleep and uncomfortable shower. I was disappointed. Arived home tired and looking forward to a peaceful nights sleep.

My sister and I shared a twin room for a couple of nights here. The hotel was clean and tidy and all as described. It was super convenient for the shrine, we parked the car in the car park and left it there for two days! Breakfast was help yourself with the ability to order specifics with the friendly staff. Although, as I remember it, some extras and certain drinks were an extra charge. All in all, it was a perfect short stay for us and we'd happily stay again. Thank you Knock House team. 😀

Yes room very clean staff ok .but i ordered a pint. tea for one and a sprite and 2 trifle deserts got charged 68.90 euros ripped off only for i looked at bill and cheked it got charged for food i didn't have got a refund and have to wait 5 days for it.we talked to a couple from Dublin and he got done on different price for the same drink each time.i was told a priest owns this hotel and when do you ever see a poor priest.

The entire hotel was spotless! The staff was so very kind and helpful! The food at the restaurant was delicious! Perfect location to visit the Knock Shrine too!

We were a bit concerned when we arrived. The receptionist was not terribly friendly nor welcoming. We wondered if we were at the wrong place. We deposited our bags in the room and headed to the dining room. We were greeted by Haley, who made up for the initial greeting we received. She was lovely and so friendly. We were treated to wonderful dinner and wine. The restaurant is lovely. At breakfast we met Meg, who was as wonderful as Haley. Check out was smooth and easy with Allanah. We will definitely return!

Great location near the Shrine. Clean room and quality breakfast.

Peaceful, spacious and very clean rooms. The restaurant has an amazing kenu and delicious food.

Booked an early check-in for my stay, however had to wait two hours before a room was available. I initially booked a twin room but was given a family room with a double and a single bed, whether that was because of the wait i don't know. Staff were helpful and apologetic with regards to the room and service was good overall. A lovely place to stay.
