As before..paid for supreme rooms but got standard rooms instead

Paid for supreme rooms, got standard rooms 2 weeks in a row, any communication with management failed plus hotels.com wouldn't refund me the difference between supreme and standard. (Hundreds of pounds per week) had to give up in the end trying to get a result.

I’m going to be completely brutally honest about this place value for money yes !! location yes !! staff would go out of their way to make sure you were happy !! but you soon realise why this was because these apartments are not what you think! whilst they are conveniently placed very affordable and very ideal they are quite noisy in terms of banging from upstairs people talking outside all hours of the morning but the staff the location and everything comes with the price will be worth it as long as you can sacrifice losing some sleep but the manager/ owner tried his best to help!

Lovely, clean room with a kitchen. We only stayed for one night but would have loved to stay more. The room had everything we needed, comfy beds, air con, TV, kitchenette with oven and microwave! just 5 mins walk to the beach. For such a reasonable price it was a 5 star experience.

Lovely aparthotel, very clean in a perfect location just about 12-15 mins to town and even closer to the beach, staff members were very accommodating and friendly. Overall we had a lovely and relaxed stay after our long walk through to Birling Cap and Beachy Head.

Excellent stay in great location. Short walk to bars, restaurants and metro. Staff all welcoming, friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast with added bonus to be able to eat outside. Room clean but compact. Would definitely stay again.

We booked an executive room, but it was tiny. I would argue what was executive about it ?(room 2) it was also right next to reception so very noisy at times. Air con was great and much needed.The bed was up against the wall on one side so to get out in the night i had to climb over my partner.There was no toaster in the room. The bathroom is a planning disaster, have the planners stayed in this?the sink was so tiny you could not clean your teeth properly as to get your mouth over it you would have to press your head very hard onto the mirror and even then, it would dribble down the front of the sink. Which is evidenced by the rotting cupboard door underneath the sink.The huge soap dispenser had no soap in and was nearly as big as the sink itself. The shower was excellent. Seats outside were welcome but parasols would be good.

The best welcoming that I had lately ... if you looking for a nice quite hotel or apartment definitely you can book it .. The reception team was fabulous and very kind and generous.... Very pleasant stay...

Everything about this accommodation is excellent and great value. I can’t fault a thing. The staff were exceptional. They were cheerful, polite and very welcoming.

Not worth the money. In the description if claimed to have a queen size bed but when I got there it was only a double, when I spoke to reception they just said it was hotels.com fault. My tv didn’t work and when they finally sorted it and it came on there was a small hole in the screen which made watching things very difficult. Plus there was a green emergency light which had lost its cover so I had a very bright green light constantly on even at night. No way worth the money and will definitely not be staying here again. Stay well clear

Spacious and quiet property in a ideal location close to the beach.

Very clean room, kitchen and bathroom. All the staff was very nice and accommodating. Close to the beach and restaurants but in a very quite road. I will definitely be back.

From check in to check out the reception staff went over and beyond with fantastic customer service and hospitality. We stayed in a superior suite on ground floor with our pug. There was a cute little welcome pack for our dog with some treats, a toy etc which was a lovely surprise. Tea,coffe and biscuit packs were also complimentary which was really handy. The suite was equipped with EVERYTHING and more and was clean, spacious and had a fantastic shower and modern bathroom. Kitchen had everything plus a washing machine. Location was perfect and we found free off road parking in a nearby road. Osborne apartments was close to the beach, shops and restaurants/pubs. We will definitely return to this place next time we go to Eastbourne.

There was no WiFi all night had to keep going to reception and there was an additional deposit charge on arrival that I have still not recieved back

Great service from reception staff with good location. Would have no hesitation in staying here again when in the locality.

Yes it was pet friendly but 20 pounds extra per night!
