The view is cool, the place and atmosphere are nice like in Ubud, Bali and I want to come back here again.

Good location, the service is actually okay, it's just that I had a problem with the water and I reported it and the officer came, but after that there was no follow up and I was just left like that without any updates. Maybe next time it can be fixed.

Front Office was great. Fish and Chips was not nice since used lime instead of lemon. Hot water not really working.

If you don't want to stay in cocoa, it's better to stay in pine.

Indeed, the access road from Sentul City to the top is a bit tight for 2 cars, but once you arrive at the location, it pays off.. MasyaAllah, the green scenery is fresh, the room is spacious, the TV is big, the wifi is fast, the AC is cold, the balcony is T.O.P. The restaurant is cool, the food is delicious. Recommended for family vacations

the view is nice, it starts to get cold in the afternoon, the wind is strong. the room is big and clean. there is direct access to the restaurant. if you stay overnight, you can go to the restaurant in the morning to take pictures because it is quiet, there are no visitors yet.

The room is clean, comfortable. There is a small balcony to sit and relax. The pool is small but nice to soak in because of the nice view. Although there are not many breakfast options, the atmosphere by the pool makes the dining experience more relaxing. There are not too many steep stairs to reach the room, so it tends to be safe for those with mobility difficulties.

Friendly staff, easy & fast check in process. Prefer weekdays, because the weekend is very crowded at the Cafe. Road access is still safe.

I stayed in a superior cocoa room. Unfortunately the view from the balcony is not free from the view, it is covered by banana trees. And the air freshener is not elegant

It's very comfortable with the added view of Bgs and the resto'a is also delicious

The view is top-notch. The service is top-notch. Breakfast with a pool & mountain view, wow 👍🏻👍🏻Even though the location is uphill, you really have to go up to see the view, it's really worth it.

View gunungny bgus. Udara sejuk. Tp tuk tempat main anak kurang y. Coba dtambahin arena bermain outdoor biar anak ga bosen. Ddpn kamar Ms. Ada lahan luas soalnya.

Kamar luas dan bersih, dari kasurnya juga ukurannya besar. Suasananya juga enak dan cocok untuk staycation. Masalah parkir ramai tapi khusus untuk tamu hotel pasti dapat tempat. Untuk pelayanan stafnya ramah dan baik. Mantap deh untuk menginap di sini.

Nice view. Friendly staff. The room was quite clean but there were some small insects.

Tempat menyenangkan untuk melepaskan diri dari hiruk pikuk kota besar. Tamu hotel yang menginap mendapat parkir gratis. Makanan di restoran dan breakfat cukup enak. Perlu peningkatan pada air panas shower, penerangan pada pintu masuk dan petunjuk penggunaan safe deposit box.

Bagus viewnya, hanya saja karena saya datang di weekday makan pagi tidak buffet, hanya ala carte. Seharusnya tetap dibuat buffet karena harga menginapnya juga mahal, porsinya saja yang disesuaikan dengan orang yang menginap. Karyawan yang sedang maintenance kolam juga sebaiknya diperhatikan tidak perlu berkumpul dan mengobrol saat ada customer

The service staff is really good, kind, helpful & friendly, all the staff. The view is good, the room is clean. Very satisfied staying here, it should only be 1 night, so we added 2 more nights. Really really recommend this hotel🫶
