We stayed overnight in a two-story Family Room. The superb view from the top floor made our stay truly enjoyable. The view of the beautiful lake and the mountains behind our hotel was breathtaking. We recommend getting a Family Room; there's only one available, so book well in advance to get the best experience.

Due to a flight delay arriving in Denpasar at 6 PM, I rushed straight to Bedugul, a 2-hour, 15-minute motorcycle ride. The climb up Bedugul was minimal, with minimal streetlights. 😭 But it was all worth it when we arrived at our accommodation. The views were simply breathtaking. The staff were friendly and made me feel better about the chill of Bedugul.

I'll definitely be back. It's a comfortable place with good, complete, and clean facilities. The staff is also friendly. Everything is great😊

the staff is very friendly and helpful....but when I arrived at half past 1..I was told to wait for quite a long time, quite 1 hour...it is true that check out is at 2 but usually if we arrive later than 12 we will definitely be told to go straight away because our check out time is 11 at the maximum...we could have cleaned up the room in less than 1...but on that side everything from the facilities to the service is ok..all the staff are very friendly..it is recommended.....next time will definitely come back again....

the hotel is nice, clean and beautiful. no need for air conditioning because the weather is cold. hot water in the bathroom takes a long time to come out. suitable for families with children. can feed fish (5k) and ride a duck boat (40k)
