Ok, real people, real events, review, towels had to be picked up and taken down automatically, the towels were very old and dry, the room smelled like perfume when you first entered, after standing for 2 minutes you realized it was because beer and vomit had been spilled on the floor so the cleaner sprayed it like that, this was not the cleaner's fault, I don't know whose fault it was but the smell was terrible. The mirror was not cleaned, there were fingerprints and some kind of water mark that I don't know how to run. The air conditioner in the living room was old and not clean. I forgot my phone charger, when I got back to SG I immediately called the homestay owner to ask if there was any way to get it out and keep it for me, the reply was something like I don't know, I don't see it, there's no way, the guest has already left (and that's it), is there any way to help? I'm also a guest? If there is none, don't reply or just say you can't find it. The elevator card was asked to go down to office B to get it, the room card was told to log in with a password because the old guest room card was taken back, then in the evening they called and said the room card was on top of the refrigerator. Frustrating.
