No wifi, have to deposit money, cannot check in directly as we have to wait for the staff to come which is at 10pm (we waited from 9pm which the time initially they told us the room will be ready).

Worst check in experience. Complicated process, must pay 300k for deposit. Waiting for 1 hour just for check in. No wifi, no TV signal, no hot water. Please Apatel review your management!
