There are no slippers in the room, you can't leave things that need to be put in the refrigerator, there aren't many breakfast choices because the menu is already provided by the restaurant.

When it rained, we got wet in the parking area. A security guard gave us an umbrella, but then left without asking or asking how many we needed. The front desk staff were rude during check-in and check-out, not even smiling or greeting us. And, yes, the hospitality was lacking. The room wasn't bad, but unfortunately, there was a small cockroach in our room, the bathroom water was stagnant, and the toilet flushed incorrectly. The safety of the bed frame needs to be improved, as it's made of wood and has sharp edges. My foot got a long, bloody cut :) The food was lacking in variety, but the F&B staff were very friendly, greeting us and providing information :)
