All the facilities are good, good Wi-Fi, parking is outside but safe.

Can be cleaned more from small animals

Please clean the toilet/bathroom.

The AC is not cold, the TV won't turn on, the bathroom is not very clean.

The room is spacious, nice, the AC is cool, there is hot water. The only thing I don't like is the deposit system.

There are many snacks near the inn, also next to Citimall. If you need anything, just go to the side of the hotel.

I can't sleep because a mouse passed through my room.

recommendations for couples who want to take a break etc..

Just stopped by for a break because I had some work in Merak, everything was normal, it was just a bit creepy at night because the faucet suddenly turned on and the phone kept ringing in the early hours of the morning. I don't know if someone was messing around or something. I just ignored it because I was tired. Not bad.

The hotel staff is friendly, it's just a shame that when I stayed in the middle of the night the TV went off and not long after the AC went off. So I had to bother moving rooms, the location is very strategic, it's just not very clean, for comfort it's quite good with an affordable price.

There are lots of mosquitoes in the hotel, please fix it.

Sorry in advance, my experience of staying here, I couldn't sleep because there were lots of noisy mice, the bathroom door was also broken.

Bagus hotel nya tmn saya suka bersh lagi dkt dri mana-mana mau cari mknn atau apapupun itu tinggal ke sebelah jalan kaki lingkungan strategis banget yang lagi berkunjung di kota clgn wajib staycation di hotel ini wort it baget guys’.

Kamar ok bersih toilet & kamar mandi terpisah.

Padahal nginep di sini 2 hari. Hari pertama sampe tv gak bisa di gunain. Minta pindah kamar susah banget, masuk subuh d pindah sore. Trus kamarnya smookinh area lagi. Dan pulang kejadian menyedihkan masa ktpku ilang d resepsionis. Sampe sekarang gak ketemu masih proses cari. Hu. Lucunya ngepasi cctvnya rusak gak bisa cek. Ntahlah.
