The room was really dirty, like it had never been cleaned, the bathroom floor had dust for years, at least it should have been brushed, or we could have gotten some soap, but there wasn't any, then the mattress, the pillows were yellow, the mattress was bad, the sheets were dirty, yellow, had stains, basically bad, In the lobby, it was really dirty.

Think again if you want to stay here, don't let your money go to waste. I was planning to sleep because I got caught in the rain, but I didn't because the room was like that. I didn't expect luxurious facilities, but a clean room is enough, but this is far from clean. It really looks like it's not being taken care of ewwwh

The bed is too low, I booked a large room, the bed is too close to the bathroom so it is not comfortable. The room and bathroom are not very clean

We checked in at night and the air conditioner in the room we were given was broken, so we asked for a room change and the sheets in the room we were given had lots of stains.

The flush toilet and shower jet have no water. The sheets and pillow cases were dirty and stained when they arrived. Not worth it for that price.

Highly not recommended. First arrived at 1 pm, check in time was 2 pm. The hotel does not have an elevator, so I took the stairs from the lower parking lot. I had already brought my suitcase upstairs, there was a receptionist who was busy eating rice while watching TV on his phone. I just stood there for about 5 minutes, he ignored me at all, didn't even look at me, even though he knew I was there. Then I greeted him first, sir, I wanted to check in. Then he said "check in at 2 pm, miss" while still eating and looking at his phone. Then I asked permission to leave my suitcase, and he allowed me, I went to the cafe next door to wait for check in time. After entering the room, the sheets were very dirty, full of stains, more suitable as a doormat than a sheet. The AC was cold, but the bathroom was also dirty. The next afternoon around 11 am, the room was knocked on, then said "check out at 12 pm", even though I booked for 3 nights. Is that hotel so bad that no one has ever stayed more than a day? The staff is not aware of their customers. Honestly, I regret staying there, I read the wrong reviews on TikTok, it's very different from the original. Not far from there, there is a new hotel called Kartika One Hotel, only around 270 thousand per night, new building, really a proper hotel, while in urbanview the price is 220 thousand / night with very bad results. Highly not recommended.

The sheets were dirty and torn, it was stuffy when we first entered, the basement parking lot was small, the price per night was almost 500 thousand (without breakfast). The only one that was quite good was on the side of the road but there was no sign of the hotel name.
