Not bad but not complete, just once is enough

You didn't get a towel or mat into the room, you were asked to wait a long time until the afternoon and it didn't work, finally you took the towel and mat yourself at the reception. The AC is leaking, the floor is wet. There are no sandals. For a good view, get a sea view. Skip staying here again.
