The location is strategic, the room is clean and spacious, the staff is friendly, the check in/out process is fast and easy. Overall, it's great for staying with family/friends.

The room is spacious and clean with adequate facilities. However, the breakfast choices are standard and lack taste when expecting tasty Malaysian food.

The room is very large, when I first checked in I got a room on the 11th floor but because the wifi was not connected I changed it to the 18th floor and the wifi was super fast, the breakfast menu was quite good, only on the 3rd day the rice was still hard and not cooked properly, the apartment area is very quiet and peaceful, far from the hustle and bustle of the city and public transportation access is also very far if you want to go anywhere you have to take a grab car first to get to JB Sentral then take the bus, the apartment only lacks a washing machine and no cooking equipment either, the staff are very kind and helpful, thx u.

Tempat nya bersih dan luas. Cocok untuk anggota keluarga. Hanya kekurangannya. Ada dapur lengkap (kompor listrik dan Teko Listrik, Kulkas), tp ga ada perlengkapan masak nya. (misalkan alat hanya untuk masak mie rebus).

For a Ramada by Wyndham brand Hotel I was not impressed at all. From the building exterior upon arrival. It looked OK. But once we stepped in, it gave us a feeling of a low frills service apartment or Air BNB with a check in counter. The room was OK, can see there was daily cleaning maintenance done. The bad experience for me in this stay was the bed. I could not rest well the entire night as the bed/mattress was too hard for me. Maybe its OK for others. But it was just way too hard for me. I could feel the spring right on my back. The complimentary breakfast was basic.

Apartemen dengan 2 kamar yang luas, bersih dan petugas yang ramah. Lokasi agak jauh dari lokasi mall dan keramaian, harus naik grabcar

Comfortable stay, value for money.

Two-badroom deluxe king menginap 4 malam. Di awali dengan drama kecil, mereka tidak menemukan pemesanan saya 🤒. Tapi akhirnya, mereka dapat menemukannya kembali. 🤗. Staff hotel ramah, sopan, kooperatif dan sangat membantu. Bilik di kemas setiap hari, handuk diganti juga tiap hari. Peralatan dapur lengkap, jadi bisa masak. Tempat makan dekat dan enak, kedai swalayan pun dekat juga. Kekurangannya, mesin cuci tidak ada. Selebihnya exelent. Saya sangat puas. 😁. Terima kasih Ramada @ The Straits Residences Johor Bahru.

The atmosphere is very comfortable, clean and spacious.

Beautiful place to stay, have a big room size with 2 bedroom and 2 private bathroom, kitchenette, living room and balcone, all of you must try at this hotel

It's a new apartment that has been turned into a hotel, the place is nice, comfortable, I'm just sorry, it's a miniature display of the apartment near the lobby in the bottom corner and it's messed up with children and the figures are hanging from the trees, so it's really cute there.

Very satisfied! Clean and comfortable, I ordered 1 room with living room. I really like staying at the straits suites. The place is spacious. The breakfast is also delicious. Thank u.

Strategic location, everywhere is close, looking for food close by and cheap is easy, the atmosphere is nice, there is a balcony with a view of Singapore city and JB Central
