Please fix the air conditioning in my room. The water is dripping onto the floor, making it wet. A wet floor flood can cause people to slip.

The AC is NOT COLD ENOUGH. Please note that the AC in room number 509 is not cold enough.

Just wanted to check in, took 2 rooms with 2 twin beds, given towels in one room, only one, blankets were taken not stby in the room with cheap quality aelimut which was colorful and not the same, the hotel was like a shorttime hotel. Immediately I didn't stay overnight. Without me canceling.
