It's really bad, we arrived at 3 pm the room was not ready. At night, we asked for a glass to drink and asked what it was for? The room was okay but the carpet was dirty, what's more the bathroom was really bad! I'm fed up. I feel like Reddoorz is working together but not paying attention, it's just ruining their good name.

Clean and fragrant room. Maybe a little ventilation in the bathroom would be better.. Wifi disappeared

The rooms are very clean, the bathrooms are clean, the hot water works, the staff are also helpful. We were given clean towels and amenities too, just enough to rest because it was quiet too, but the TV had very few channels.

The room is clean, neat. Unfortunately the room was too hot, even though the window was opened. There is no ventilation so it is difficult for air from outside to enter. If the window is opened, you are worried that someone else could peek in or come in while you sleep. Stayed here because I wanted the cool atmosphere of Ciwidey but instead it became hot when I slept. Friendly service.
