Please fix it again, the room we are staying in smells, the mattress is sagging... the smell of the toilet comes into the room... makes it uncomfortable...

The hotel is right on the edge of Lake Toba and close to the free beach... when you want to ride a boat or jet ski, just wave your hand and it will stop right in front of your room without regret... the receptionist is friendly and good, what else can I do if I want to stay at the casino... thank you to the reception staff on duty on Saturday, June 28, 2025, who were alert in looking after our belongings...
