A recommended place to stay in Gili Trawangan. It's close to the sunset, though not directly on the beach, but it's close enough and on the main road. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Even though I was in a top-floor room, I didn't have to worry because the staff helped carry my suitcase upstairs without me asking. I also liked the cleanliness of the room, and the toilet was also clean. Having read reviews of guests who lost their luggage, we were a bit paranoid, so we locked our suitcases every time we left the room. However, so far, the hotel's service has been excellent. You can consider choosing a staycation here when vacationing in Gili Trawangan.

My experience here was very pleasant, my first time on Gili, but very memorable. The staff were all very friendly, and when I encountered a problem, they immediately offered to change rooms. The breakfast was also delicious, and the location is very strategic, close to the sunset point and close to everything. The only downside was that there was construction going on right behind the bathroom, which made it a bit uncomfortable and distracting. Otherwise, it was excellent. I would definitely choose this place again if I ever decide to visit Gili Trawangan.

The staff is nice, when I asked to carry my suitcase to the port they helped me, it's great, 5 stars in my opinion. The owner is also friendly.

The hotel is really cozy, chique and really cool and the staffs are super friendly.

It's a shame that I got service that was a little less good, the toilet water spray was dead and when I asked and asked for it to be fixed they tried to fix it, but after that they said that the standard here is that the water is small, whereas it's not only small but can't be used. I compared it to the next room, the water was on and could be used, when I complained again one of the staff said 'you really need water, don't you?'. And to be honest there I was annoyed but I wasn't angry, I just let it go, I just complained, the food was delicious, the place was nice, clean, I like it but please correct things like that, so that it is more correct and I can trust to come back there again .
