The reception staff were unprofessional, making guests wait over 30 minutes past the check-in time without any apology. I forgot my room key and had to call twice to open the door, and as soon as I got to the elevator, I heard them say, "What the hell? You can't even see my key?" The room was dusty, too noisy to sleep in, a terrible experience.

Mọi người né khách sạn này ra nhé, mình đặt phòng trên app rồi mà tới khách sạn thì họ nói họ đã không làm việc với app lâu rồi, kêu mình gọi chủ để chủ hướng dẫn hoàn tiền mà trong khi đó vào app không hoàn được, cùng với mình có 4-5 người nữa, mình đi đợt blackpink ở Hà Nội nè, mọi người né ra nhé, mình mất hết 1tr hơn
