I love this hotel so much that extended my stay twice n don’t want to leave! The staff is amazing n so all the amenities n the spa 🔝 My only suggestion is for it is to have body lotion at the rooms as there were none. I can’t wait to be back!

The Hotel was a clean and modern hotel. Staff were excellent and very helpful. The only issue(s) I had were the following:- - not much gluten free food available even when I had informed them previously - I had to ask each morning and was told they don't have any but then they took out some bread, however, the roof top restaurant were very accommodating and ensured there was the gluten free roll available for the Lobster roll which was fab! - They charge on room service which we didn't expect as no other hotel charges for this service - I had to ask for milk for tea/coffee in room and was told to get this from the bar otherwise I would have to pay for this if ordered via room service. Plus had to ask for tea bags. - Breakfast could have been hotter but otherwise it was nice. - The nearby beach was not too bad, except if you wanted to lay on the nice beach bed with umbrella, you had to pay 70 Euros! Other than these few issues, we really thought the hotel was great, the food on the rooftop restaurant and service was fabulous. The italian restaurant Lamassa was fabulous! I would recommend this Hotel as it was nice and clean, staff were very helpful, but ensure they top up the milk/tea/coffee when you stay.

Great hotel! About a 30 min walk into Cascáis but it’s a lovely walk along the water. The hotel staff are very friendly - shout out to Carols who brought our bags up to our room while we were out exploring! The pool area is nice with a good view of the water.

Traveling with my adult daughter. Upon arriving very late afternoon we wanted to go up to the pool to relax and have a bite to eat and drink. We were told they could not serve us drinks or food by the pool and would have to move to the restaurant next to the pool area and that the pool closed at 7pm which seems pretty early to me. We were expecting the hotel to be in the more central location of Cascais, which it is not. The first night we walked for 10 minutes to get to a nice restaurant on a very narrow sidewalk next to a busy street. The room itself was decent. The deck furniture was stained and dirty so used beach towels to sit on. The nioise off the street was really loud and went on until almost midnight making it almost impossible to have a conversation or relax over the car and motorcylces. In the bathroom, there was not lotion and for a hotel that has a high end spa in it I found that odd. After two days we decided we needed to move hotels. I was willing to pay for the 3rd night but was asking them to cancel and reimburse us the last two nights which they denied. I found out their main customer is a business traveler which makes sense but for anyone wanting a vacation experience I would look closer to Cascais for sure.

Spectacular ocean views from the balcony. The indoor pool has multiple jets, including some on the floor. The breakfast buffet is nice especially since the chef is visible. On the rooftop, a restaurant provides a gorgeous sunset and the pool can be seen from the road. Stunning!

The views from this hotel are amazing. The location is convenient, soooo many good restaurants in that neighborhood. The spa was modern and incredible. I recommend going to the rooftop restaurant and ordering the tuna tartare panipuri. It was amazing. The cocktails are fresh and creative. The staff was helpful and attentive. The breakfast buffet is robust. We had a wonderful week.

THE WORST HOTEL AT THIS PRICE POINT EVER. I have never been exposed to worse customer service at any hotel in my life. The front of house staff begins the answer to EVERY request with NO. On top of that, the rooms apart from being small (tiny) are equipped with the worst bedding in a relatively new hotel. I guess tough sheets and tough pillows is a 4* feature. Oh and top you hear water or condensation running through the pipes when you want to sleep. How fun! I will never come back to this hotel, unless it’s in a nightmare.

Wonderful hotel. Friendly staff, attentive and welcoming. We stayed in the suite with the ocean view- it was perfect and have everything we needed. The spa and swimming pools were wonderful, and the breakfast choice was perfect to suite all our various choices. We would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Estoril. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach and conveniently close to the train station, making it very easy to explore both Lisbon and Cascais. The rooms were modern, spacious, and very comfortable. You can definitely tell this is a newer hotel, as everything felt fresh, clean, and well designed. One of the highlights was the rooftop pool, which offered beautiful views and was a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast was excellent with a large variety of choices, including fresh pastries, fruit, hot dishes, and great coffee. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Estoril/Cascais area.

Excellent all round, not a fault, until I ate in the rooftop restaurant. Service was impeccable but did not enjoy the food at all. My only criticism though, so pretty good. On the subject of food, the breakfast buffet was excellent.
