Hotel is ok. Aircon is cold. Bathroom is a bit sticky and greasy. Floor is dusty. Best sky view swimming pool. Only the elevator is a bit busy and always full.

Amazing place to enjoy petronas twin towers.

Firstly, before arriving in KL, I said on WA that I was given a room upgrade, but after I arrived it felt like I wasn't getting an upgrade. And there was no drinking water, because the equipment didn't work and wasn't repaired until 5 days into my stay. The location is strategic, only the room lacks a hard bed, the pillows are very thin 😌.

The unit was spacious, clean, and very comfy. Scarletz has been my favorite place to stay whenever I travel to Kuala Lumpur. The management was also responsive. However, the sink in the bathroom was clogged and the cuckoo water filter was not working like usual. Please take care of these issues before letting the next guest come. Thank you! Will visit this place again soon.

The room is very nice and the facilities are complete. It has a big fridge, electric stove, microwave, kitchen utensils, very accommodating. The only minus point is the bed sheet, it has a yellow stain on it. But overall, everything is great. It is also near KLCC MRT station (about 10 minutes walk). The staff is also helpful, as I left my things in the fridge when checking out, but they still keep it until I pick it up.

The room is nice, very comfortable, I stayed with my wife and 3 children. Everywhere is close, just walking to KLCC, the swimming pool is clean, there is cold, cool and warm water, the children are very happy, for travelers who arrive before check in time there is luggage storage at the hotel (charged MYR5 / ± 15,000).

Kamar persis seperti di foto, kemana-mana dekat, luas banget, amenities lengkap, tersedia mesin cuci, setrikaan baju, kasur ranjang banyak, meja makan juga ada. Next kalau ke KL mau ke sini lagi. Semoga tidak naik harga.

Complete facilities, there is a washing machine + dryer too, if I go to Malaysia again, I will definitely stay here again. Close to the KLCC twin towers, near the bus stop too.
