Gym is open 24/7, spacious room with comfy bed

The hotel is not close to the city center (it's a 20' ride to Zagreb's main attractions) but it is in a commercial zone surrounded by malls that you can walk to with plenty of shopping and dining options. Our room was modern, spacious and there was plenty of light. The mattress was sturdy and comfortable. It had a mini fridge though no microwave. The bathroom had a shower and some toiletries. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was the pool and it did not disappoint. Our son enjoyed it very much. It had a very relaxed ambience and there was only one other person beside us. The hotel has a bar and a restaurant but we did not use it. Breakfast was great. There were plenty of cold and warm options to choose from and quality was great. Staff was friendly. We asked in the bar for some ice and they had no problem giving us some.

Excellent hotel, the rooms were large and well maintained. Staff were friendly. Good selection of foods available at the buffet. Only thing that they could maybe improve on, would be the to channel selection- when travelling with a child - only news channels isn’t ideal. Had a great time. Would definitely recommend.

Easy access

First time at this hotel and it was lovely. Very friendly and accommodating staff with excellent English. We asked to extend the check out time by 1 hour, no issue.

Very good hotel. Very clean. Definately a 4 and wouldnt be suprised if it gdts a 5 in a few years. Receptionist very friendly as they wish you when you enter with a smile!

We were here for 2 nights 2 people. We booked this because aesthetically it was amazing and had access to a spa. However when we got to the hotel the spa is at an additional charge and the only free amenities are the Gym & 10m salty pool that is mildly warm. The breakfast is average and not a big selection tho it was fresh and quite continental. The room was lovely although we did request a double twin room with a futon, we were met with 2 single beds and a sofa. After speaking with reception we compromised and pushed the beds together.

This hotel is in the main city - about a 25 minute drive to the lower Town historical district. Fantastic spa and massage at reasonable cost of 50€ for 60 minutes. Great buffet breakfast.
