Great value, would stay again! Good breakfast and free coffe and water all day. Very nice atmosphere. I parked at Aparcamiento Coche Segovia, a sand place thats free and 15min walk from hotel.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The property is very clean and the smell is fresh. The property is close to the aquaduct and bus station. Over all, happy with our stay in this property.

Air conditioning was broken. Needs to be serviced and have Freon added. The shower stall glass was broken. The door curtain was broken.

A great place to stay

Everything about Vizcainos was excellent - ticked all my boxes for value, location, comfort, lovely staff and the general ambiance was just so relaxing! Certainly didn’t make student residences like this in my day! The room was impeccable and the extensive lounge and dining areas of classy hotel standard. The icing on the cake was, not only the excellent buffet breakfast, but also the availability at all times of free snacks and drinks and a microwave. Would definitely return and highly recommend! Very nice rooms. Looking out onto lovely patio. 24/7 access to the breakfast offerings - drinks, cereals, breads et al - in addition to the usual breakfast offerings at set times. Front desk staff very friendly and genuinely pleased to help

Muy comodo, limpio, simpatia del personal, muy buena ubicacion. Desayuno normal. 24h tener cafe, leche, agua, fruta y yogur gratuito. Nevera en la habitacion q enfriaba mucho. Seguro q no m lo pienso una 2 vez y lo voy a recomendar

Es un hotel que admite mascotas, el personal es agradable y se podía disfrutar durante todo el día de un café, leche o zumos, también tienen fuentes de agua a tu disposición.

Excelente estancia en este hotel. Hemos viajado con nuestra mascota y la han recibido con mucho cariño y le han dado una cama y un comedero. El desayuno muy completo y el personal muy amable. Definitivamente regresaríamos! Excelente ubicación
