Had a minor issues with our room that needed to be tended to. Management was quick to respond and accommodate us with another room. Will stay again.

was completely disappointed in my choice of booking here. They list all their rooms as Suites. Which is not true. A 1 Bedroom suite (my booking) turned out to be a basic King room. There was no desk to work at. No side table and chairs to eat or drink at. Only the bed and an armchair. I had to pull the chair to the edge of the bed in order to type on the laptop. There was zero privacy as the "patios" are all one big open back yard. no screens, no partitions. the guests next door have direct line of sight into my room from their outdoor furniture. The room also has a problem with those big red ants coming thru. I had a miserable time and it ruined my bday getaway.

Our experience at Avant Hotel was disappointing from the moment we arrived. The electronic key code malfunctioned, leaving us stranded outside. Customer service’s suggestion to manipulate the door only worsened the situation, revealing a low battery in the device—a concerning oversight for a keyless entry system. Once we finally gained access to our room, more issues emerged. The bathroom door handle fell off, locking my husband inside until I could open it from the outside. We also found tiny red ants on the bathroom counter, likely due to the rain. A sliding door behind the sink revealed what looked like mold, which the hotel staff dismissed as "water damage." Despite notifying the hotel within 30 minutes, their response was disheartening. A technician confirmed the "water damage" but no alternative accommodation or goodwill gesture was offered. Our refund request was denied, adding insult to injury. Customer service was equally poor, with sporadic text messages and a dismissive attitude towards our grievances. We checked out 40 minutes after arrival, documenting our experience with photographs. In conclusion, our stay at Avant Hotel was marked by numerous issues and a lack of customer care. We strongly advise potential guests to consider alternatives where their comfort and concerns are valued.

Great location and very clean

Great location, nice rooms, very convenient for groups.

The hotel is clean and modern. Cons: The bed was broken and I was contacted by the concierge asking about it. I hadn’t noticed yet and wasn’t in the room so I told her they might have the wrong room. They didn’t. The bed was thrashed. The sink only works at a trickle. The oddest part is that the first thing you see when you walk into the room is directly into the shower. Directly into the shower. Other than that, I really enjoyed the space. Pros: It was clean and I’ll probably go back despite the strange room set up. Communication was great and fantastic area just a street or two over from Arenas.

Nicely designed; rooms were very spacious

Great location and very nice room. The check in link is sometimes not working that we have tried several times verifying, but apart from that it’s a nice stay.

Make sure you understand this is a contactless hotel and they are strict about check in/out times. That said, it was big, beautiful and really very inexpensive for what you get. Comes with kitchen, private patio, BBQ, living room, lap pool.

This is an excellent place to stay within walking distance to downtown PS. I will definitely stay here again! GR

Great property close to downtown!

The room was very nicely furnished. Comfortable bed. Great vibe. Only negative would be pool area was very small if anyone else was by the pool you’d be in each others space.

We had a wonderful stay. Check in and out were seamless, everything was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The rooms were very spacious and a great price. We couldn’t be more pleased. Highly recommended!

Was only one night but wish we could have stayed longer. I loved that it had the privacy of individual hotel rooms, but still a communal space of our own to share that a rental would provide. Best of both worlds

Great location, walking distance to the downtown. Very cozy and clean contemporary style room. But very small pool. Definitely is a good choice for the next trip to Palm Springs .

Nice new building. Sparse furnishings. Don't let them give you a room by the pool. Too noisy with loud inconsderate family. Ruined our romantic get away.

Blackhaus was a beautiful property, but missed on some details. I had to go purchase small wash cloths for the shower and one of the lights by the chair was missing a lampshade, so it was extremely bright. Also, the landscapers came around 8am. The sound of a leaf blower at that time is not ideal. Luckily I was leaving to catch a flight hours before the checkout time, so I was already up. Would book here again for just an overnight stay.
