Great place to stay. The suite was excellent and well equipped. Check-in instructions are more involved than a typical hotel, but instructions were clear. Would definitely stay here again.

Somehow my phone number got put as a forwarded number to other guests if they had issues. I got 10-20 calls from other guests asking for help within 48-hours after I checked out until the staff corrected the problem. But very scary on how that could even happen. Nothing like that has ever happened to me before.

Poor communication regarding parking after the fact of booking the room but made up for it by answer the phone and giving accurate details Couch is needs to be replaced. 110 v outlets... more need to be changed to have built in usb

This is one of the best stay I have ever had... check in was very smooth.. all instructions how to access the room and how to get to the hotel were shared right on time... the unit was extremely clean and well equipped . I objectively highly recommend

This is a great place to stay in Waterloo if you are in town for business. I had everything I needed, service was friendly (virtual communication) and the whole experience was seamless. Good location as well. I will be back!

The place was great, has everything you need. The only thing I was disappointed in was that the pool area was closed. The main reason I picked this place was for the pool. I didn’t get my moneys worth.

I’ve stayed at this property several times. I was disappointed at the cleanliness when I checked in. There were crumbs on the coffee table. One of the bath towels was obviously used and put back as it has a strong odour. Later in the week I went to use another towel and facecloth and both were stained with black marks that looked like someone used them to wipe the floors. The towels were definitely older and should be replaced. Also the TV kept disconnecting from the internet daily making it very frustrating to watch. The staff tried their best to correct this and also had the suite cleaned again. If you value having a TV don’t stay in unit 1606 as the staff couldn’t fix the internet problem. I definitely will stay again but request a different room to have a working TV.

Full kitchen, amazing view, dimmable lighting, smart tv, fridge & freezer, washing machine & full laundry. Bed was mediocre but it was clean with ample pillows. Had everything we could need. Excellent location with good food within a 12 minute walk -- most being 3-8 minutes. Transit nearby. Easy parking. Responsive host. Digital entry was easy. Would stay again.
