The hotel staff is friendly, but cleanliness is not maintained. The toilet is also very dirty 🥲 The AC is broken. It would be better to improve the cleanliness, especially in the toilet area. (The sitting toilet) please renovate it.

The staff is very friendly and nice, but the room is a bit "scary" in the deluxe room maybe because it is a Dutch building.

Cleaning could be improved further, the receptionist staff was not there when checking out and the wait was quite long.

. Mohon maaf karena memberikan rating rendah. Kendalanya Karena harganya Tidak sesuai dengan roomnya. Standard room yang bisa di bilang"Biasa"di berikan harga 200.000. Bila harganya nya sesuai dengan roomnya baru bener. Ini aja harganya udah ketinggian utk model room tsb. Saran saya minta tolong utk Harga standard room ini di sesuaikan.

It's not bad for a break, in the middle of the city, very close to the square so there are lots of culinary delights. Even though it's in the middle of the city, it's not noisy! That's cool. The AC is cool, the service is very friendly, the bathroom is okay, the shower is on, there is also a bucket for filling water, the hot water is on but it takes a while to come out. The minus is the bed sheets and room. The bed sheets are like old bed sheets, lots of spots. The room is actually spacious, but a lot of the wallpaper has been ripped off.

Work it good, cheap, clean.

Petugasnya ramah banget. Cuma ada pengunjung yang tidak ramah, teriak-teriak, gedor-gedor pintu di jam istirahat malam pukul 23:00. Semoga ke depannya ada penertiban dengan tegas orang yang mengganggu kenyamanan orang beristirahat 🙏🏻.

Kamar yang saya tempati tidak ada air panas, krannya rusak kalau mau mengalirkan air harus diikat karet sudah tersedia diikat dikran, closet duduk goyang, kamar mandi tidak bersih dinding banyak terkelupas, ketika saya tanya air panas hanya siang hari karena pakai solar panel padahal mandi air panas dibutuhkan malam hari, sama dengan kamar yang ditempati adik saya yang saya pesan lewat app seprai tempat tidur ada bercaknya, harga yang saya bayar terlalu mahal untuk kelas penginapan seperti itu.
