the view is nice. complete kitchen/dining equipment. the swimming pool is also clean

The place is nice and comfortable. It's just that the AC leaked and caused a flood, but it didn't continue. Everything is safe and under control.

The hotel surroundings are very clean, the hotel staff are friendly, the bathrooms are clean, the swimming pool is clean, the food in the restaurant is delicious and affordable.

We booked 2 rooms. Check in was supposed to be at 14.00 WIB, but we checked in at 17.00 WIB. With the excuse of a lack of cleaning staff, my mother and father ended up sleeping in the lobby because they had to wait too long to check in. The security guard at the swimming pool was also not friendly (we checked in on March 31, 2025). Thx.

Hotel/apartment staff are very friendly (Security) Only for this hotel, Staff such as Receptionists are only available during working hours. The rest are replaced by Security. However, there is nothing lacking in security services. Thank you for the service. Hopefully next time I can stay here again.
