Horrible experience. At the start, CS suddenly called from the Travelio application and had to download the Travelio application to be able to check in. The check-in process was also very difficult because you couldn't contact anyone in the field and had to go through CS who didn't know the conditions in the field at all. The room AC was not cold, the mattress felt like it had springs, it was uncomfortable. Please online agents so that listings that require downloading other applications are banned because it will have a negative impact on the online agent's reputation.
