The room was so noisy I couldn't sleep, and even complaining to the staff didn't help. There were no instructions for breakfast, and I had to ask several times.

This is a really good hotel in Phu Quoc. The price is standard, there's a cafe downstairs, and the coffee is all good. The service is excellent and helpful. The breakfast is pretty good, if you pair it with Vietnamese food. The hotel is Instagrammable, perfect for taking photos, comfortable, and clean—it's really good.

The staff is friendly and ready to help

The staff and team are very helpful, we wait for check-in time in their cute cafe. They also respond well via chat, the room is big and near the attraction, we can go around by foot. We stay at different building, and the room is big and spacious, but the 2nd floor space below is not occupied (previously a cafe), and the elevator smells a little weird maybe because they didn't use it unless the guest who stays upstairs, but the room itself is very clean. We get a room with bathtub, hot water is good, bidet available near the closet, and the environment is very lovely.

I know that $30 isn’t a lot of money and I wasn’t expecting much, but this place isn’t worth even $5. I couldn’t sleep all night because of some loud noise — I don’t even know what it was — from 6 a.m. until 2 a.m. There was a strong, unpleasant smell throughout the hotel, especially in the elevator. However, the breakfast and coffee were delicious. I would recommend this place only if you’re coming just for the food, not to stay overnight.

The hotel is clean and comfortable with spacious rooms.The service is fast and very responsive.There was a power outage in Room 301, but the technical team arrived quickly and fixed the issue promptly.Overall, it was a pleasant stay with excellent service. If I had more time, I would love to stay there longer.

The homestay is also quite close to the Kissing Bridge area, the rooms are a bit small, about 15m2, there's a good cafe on the first floor and you can order lunch/dinner, the downside is that the water heater is broken and repairs are slow, if you need anything you message the staff but they reply quite late.

The hotel service was excellent, and the staff were very helpful.

The staff were nice, the rooms were clean, beautiful and well-equipped, and it was easy to get to the entertainment areas in the south of the island.

Good service, enthusiastic staff, clean room. Nice view to watch fireworks and Symphony show. Near the night market, easy to get around. My room was in another building so I had to move to another building for breakfast. But I think overall it's still very good.

The room was so clean and comfortable, I was just surprised they don't have a television, which most hotels have 😀 but we love the room ambiance so much ❤️🫶🏼

I love everything about this hotel. the room ambience, friendly hotel staffs, location, size of the room and it comes with a bathtub! I stayed here for 2 nights and it was wonderful! I would definitely recommend this hotel. they also have coffee shop downstairs with the same vibe aa the hotel room and their coffee is good!

Save 600k/person to watch fireworks, great view

Good points: The hotel is beautifully decorated, clean and very comfortable to stay in. The view can be used to watch fireworks and walk to the market very close (about 5 minutes walk). The Mediterranean area has many beautiful scenes, taking pictures from any angle has beautiful scenes. Near the beach, you can walk or swim every day. Points to improve: The design of the bedroom and bathroom is not reasonable. There is only 1 curtain to separate these 2 areas. Inconvenient when staying with a family with grandparents, parents and small children.

The hotel is really good, you can see the fireworks from the room balcony, the staff are really friendly and very helpful during your stay there.
