actually the room is comfortable and spacious. it's just that with the price set for a deluxe room, usually there should be a mini fridge in the room. but this one doesn't. as a result, I asked for help to ask the hotel to help me but it was very dramatic when I wanted to pick up my stuff, they said there was no one to guard the key and it was really draining.

The facilities are lacking, there is no soap and toothpaste. Have to save the deposit of 150 thousand which is too big. A starred hotel is not that big, how can you not transfer via TF, I happened to have no cash. It's complicated.

Sebenarnya saya puas dengan. Hotel nya karena bersih dan memang nyaman. Cuman pelayan nya kurang memuaskan, mungkin untuk tingkat pelayanan ditingkatkan lagi agar pelayanan standar hotel pada umumnya.

Kamarnya bagus, bersih, dan bisa nonton Netflix, suasana ga berisik dan hotel bersih, dengan harga terjangkau, fasilitas nyaman banget
