The hotel staff is friendly, but the place is not very clean, it seems like it's not being looked after.

Letak hotel cukup strategis karena berada di pinggir jalan dan dekat dengan berbagai tempat. Desain eksterior dan interiornya bagus, sesuai konsepnya industrial. Namun ada beberapa kekurangan yang saya alami saat menginap disini. 1. Saat mau check in, resepsionis kosong karena ketiduran katanya, padahal sudah dihubungi berkali-kali tapi tidak ada jawaban. 2. Tidak ada handuk, bahkan saat minta ke resepsionis diberikan 1 saja, katanya memang per-kamar hanya disediakan 1 (stok handuk sedikit). 3. AC tidak dingin sama sekali, bahkan sempat merasa kegerahan saat tidur. 4. Kasur dan bantal sedikit kotor. 5. Tidak ada cermin, tidak sesuai dengan gambar yang tertera. 6. Kotak tissue kosong, harus minta ke resepsionis. Semoga dengan adanya review ini, pihak hotel ingin berbenah demi kenyamanan customer. Terima kasih.

The towels need to be replaced, they have changed color from white to milk chocolate. Only got 1 even though there were 2 people staying.

The location is right next to the family's main house and also close if you want to play anywhere. It's also close to the market, it's easy to find a place to eat or have a coffee.
