the hotel staff is very polite and nice

The cable TV remote is broken, the bathroom light is broken, bro, then the smell is musty, please fix it.

The hotel staff is not friendly and not helpful. Dirty yellow water, dirty dirty walls, dirty bed with lots of stains, the place is so dirty, I didn't end up staying because the place is a big no for staying.

At night it is noisy, you can hear furniture shifting, disturbing your comfort when sleeping, towels are dirty, the toilet is mossy and slippery.

Very bad. Doesn't match the picture. The water was small, the AC was broken, asked to change rooms and couldn't and had to add more. It's really bad, I won't ever stay there again. Very, very disappointed.
