This is my third stay here. The last time I stayed, my room wasn't ready at check-in time, and it seemed like it was just my room, as guests who arrived after me got theirs straight away. I waited a long time before finally being told that work was being done on the room.

It has a swimming pool. The staff is friendly and showing us the directions where to get good local foods nearby. There is a supermarket next to the hotel.

The hotel staff is friendly, but the restaurant staff are a bit lacking. Overall, this is a good hotel.

Room was very clean, tidy and spacious. They had a TV in the room which has various channels and platforms such as Netflix and Youtube. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The Grand Studio single and twin rooms have enough space, beds with a good mattress, multimedia TV with YouTube, Amazon Prime, etc., refrigerator, bathroom with hot shower and a window. The breakfast buffet is okay. Unfortunately, some waiters working in the restaurant during breakfast have no understanding of Western standards. We stayed four nights. The first morning, they had knives for butter, jam, peanut butter, and chocolate spread. The way it should be! The second morning, a waiter put spoons in the jars. This is Indonesian style, but certainly not suitable for a four-star hotel. So, I asked for knives for the jars, which were quickly changed. However, the fourth morning, spoons were again put in the jars. I explained in Indonesian: "Sulit untuk kasih mentega pada roti dengan sendok. Ada pisau?" The lady from the eggs counter stared at me like she didn't understand Indonesian. So, I asked a male waiter. His silly answer: "Stock pisau untuk sementara habis." 🤯

The hotel had a special room with a big screen for watching the World Cup soccer games. Cool beer and other drinks available for friendly prices. Breakfast buffet restaurant with a great view of the bay and islands. Breakfast has enough choice and starts at 6:00 AM. Komodo tour pickup is usually about 6:30 AM, so there's still time for breakfast if you take a Komodo trip. Motorcycle rental for only Rp 100,000 per day and car rental with a driver for touring Flores island can be arranged by a guy named Hendra. Ask for him at the reception.

Hotel staff named Rosi left me a sweet note, thank you ❤️ Room is spacious, clean, and soundproof. There is a fast-food restaurant and also a supermarket; it's a genius idea.

The room was very clean and had a specific fragrance!! Very recommend.

I like the hotel, complete with many facilities like a mini mall. They have Zasgo Mart where you can buy food, drinks, souvenirs, and other stuff. The view was beautiful when we had breakfast. But, actually, I had some sad things happen on the day I needed to check in, which I needed to cancel one of my rooms (I booked 2 rooms) because my husband had to cancel his flight and hotel suddenly as his mom went to the hospital. But the hotel did not allow cancellation for any reason. I understand the policy, but it would be more convenient for guests if you could allow cancellation with some cancellation charge, or rather than we pay full payment for two rooms, but I only used one room.

Sooo beautiful ❤️ Everything is way too good to be true, please take me back 😭 I love the food, it's really good. I love the most, especially the staff with amazing personalities, 10 out of 10. I really like the room, very clean 😍. I wish I could stay longer, but have to go back to reality 😩

It is quite cheap for a hotel near the city center. We can walk to anywhere we want. The staff are really friendly. There is a minimarket on the basement. Unfortunately, the studio single room has no ventilation. Overall, it's good though!

Perfect for refueling before continuing the day's activities, especially if you want to go sailing or sightseeing. Staff Assistance: The staff is very friendly and helpful. From the start, they are fast to respond and always ready to help if you need anything—making you feel very welcome. Highlights: The most impressive thing is the overall comfortable and practical experience. It is very suitable for those who want a drama-free stay and still close to many spots. Price: I think it is worth it for the price paid. You get comfort, good service, and a great location. Location: The location is quite strategic, close to the city center and several eateries and sightseeing spots. It is very good for exploring without having to go far.

Beautiful rooftop with a view of Labuan Bajo sunset. On the ground floor there is a complex supermarket, pharmacy store, and nice souvenir shop. Very close to airport.
