The hotel staff is very friendly, thank you for the service, I am very happy.

The staff is lazy and unresponsive. The room door has no lock, after Maghrib prayers asked to find it, but no response, even after asking 3 times and being scolded after Isya, a padlock was bought. Blankets, pillow cases, and sheets smell, not washed. There are oil and water spills on the floor, not cleaned. The room price is very expensive, with such facilities. When checking out, the car could not get out, because it was blocked by another vehicle, not assisted by the staff.

For that price, the room is not very tidy, the cleanliness is lacking, the service is quite good.
