Male service is not friendly. hotel cleanliness is lacking, facilities are inadequate and old facilities have not been replaced. TV does not turn on, the floor and walls of the room are peeling, the bathroom is no longer suitable as a hotel because the water tap is rusty, the glass is blurry, and the walls are moldy. No longer suitable to be called a hotel. Moreover, with a price of Rp. 200,000, - on Traveloka, it is very inappropriate for the room, too expensive. The most suitable room condition like that is Rp. 100,000, -

This is the worst hotel in Jatinangor, cheap but really cheap. The toilet is already brown, the AC is not cold, the smell of cigarettes throughout the hotel, even the rooms are full of cigarette butts. Vehicle parking is uncomfortable, not orderly, hotel residents/guests' vehicles are blocked by boarding house residents (NOT hotel residents/guests), hotel guests are not allowed to go home before the boarding house children's vehicles go home.

The waiters are not very friendly and the service to customers is very, very bad.

The hotel staff is friendly, only the service and quality of the hotel is not good, maybe according to the price. The water is clean, it's worth looking for something cheap.

This is not a hotel but a boarding house. It's really bad, underneath it is a boarding house and above it is rented out as a hotel room. The mattress is super uncomfortable, the sheets, pillows, etc. are dirty, there is only 1 dirty towel, it smells musty of cigarettes, the AC is broken and not cold at all, I can't sleep, there is no soap, etc., there is no hot water, the bathroom is really dirty, the toilet is broken, the shower faucet is broken, the bathroom walls are all moldy, the floor in the room is sticky with dust from feet until they get dirty every time I step. If I wasn't forced to, it was already raining heavily and I had to look for a hotel nearby, I wouldn't have gone there. It's very far from the one in the photo, I've never been to a red door that was this bad.

Alhamdulillah pelayanan lumayan baik.

Sangat jauh dari foto, kamar 15 banjir tetesan air dari atas. Kamarnya lantai dan dinding sudah mengelupas. Kami terpaksa check out padahal memesan untuk sampai tanggal 2 Sept tapi tanggal 31 Agust udah keluar ga sanggup asli. Semoga jadi perbaikan ke depannya.
