Strategic location. For the service is very very bad, I don't know what else to say, like I don't feel guilty at all when I have to wait for check in for 1 hour to get the key, check out also have to wait 2 hours to return the key, I also have to go around looking for staff because I didn't get a reply on chat/phone. Not comfortable, TV doesn't work, no wifi, shabby towels, bed sheets look like they haven't been changed, lots of cigarette butts, no scent at all. For cleanliness, well this is the best, yes it does look clean but when I look under the mattress it's filled with tissues and cigarette butts.

The room has lots of cockroaches. No drinking water is provided. No tissue.
