The staff is friendly, kind, and communicative, but unfortunately the wardrobe can't be closed so it needs repair, the bathroom faucet and sink need repair because they leak, the cleaning staff are still not thorough in cleaning the room. Other than that, it's good... highly recommended for those of us who need to stay at a pocket-friendly room price... thank you

The cleanliness and maintenance of the bathroom should be improved. The shower leaks, the toilet flush is stuck, and the bathroom smells bad.

When I was there I got a clean room, cold AC, hot water on. The hotel staff is friendly. Strategic location, near the station, many food stalls & minimarkets. There is a kitchen, you can leave food in the refrigerator. Overall, almost everything is okay. Just a suggestion for the bathroom: please routinely clean the shower & bidet holes (toilet spray). Because of the crust, it almost closes the spray hole, so the water that comes out is small/sharp.
