The best choice, if at BPP, the towels are clean white and fragrant.

Everything is good, the room is clean, only 1 suggestion for breakfast at the buffet, there is no food warmer, so when I had breakfast at 7 am it was all cold.

Recommended for those who love traveling, this compact, comfortable, and clean hotel. My suggestion would be to add more power outlets, as there are very few in the rooms. :)

For the comfort of the room, it was very comfortable to sleep soundly and peacefully, but for the food, it was not refilled enough, there was not a variety of food and the taste was too salty.

The hotel is very pleasant and the staff are friendly and we are served well and full of smiles, the quality of breakfast is okay but if possible add more menus.. Overall happy and to Mr. Putu thank you for the relaxed chat 🙏👍

It would be better if you already use a smart TV, and the room is not too soundproof.

Nice hotel close to the airport, really great

The location is in the city center, easy access, strategic location especially for transit needs to the airport.

We stayed with my wife at The Point Hotel, which we highly recommend. The strategic location, especially during Ramadan, is incredibly convenient for breaking the fast and eating sahur (pre-dawn meal). There are plenty of delicious culinary options around the hotel. Even if breakfast isn't included for sahur, you can always stop by the 24-hour Padang Upik restaurant, which is always busy.

Access to the city is easy, you can walk around the hotel to find food.

Before checking in the hotel, I was already preparing myself not to expect too much from a low budget hotel. But when I enter the lobby, I feel a good vibe, simple but clean lobby, friendly and helpful staff. The room is also clean and tidy. I will be happy to stay here once I have to visit Balikpapan again.

It's nice and comfortable to be alone

The staff was very friendly. Thank you to the gentleman who quickly helped lift and carry our heavy luggage. The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious. The only downside: even though we requested a non-smoking room, the smell of cigarette smoke still wafted into the room. The smell of cigarette smoke was already very strong throughout the hallway when we exited the elevator. It would be better if one floor was dedicated to non-smoking rooms so that guests with asthma/URTIs (like me and my child) would feel comfortable and at home in this hotel.
