Friendly, enthusiastic and polite staff, attentive customer service

The room smells bad and gives me a headache. The water is not hot.

The room location has a view of Lien Khuong waterfall. But unfortunately the service is so bad. The bathroom smells. The bed is crooked, making it creak when you turn around. The shower keeps turning on and then down by itself, you have to use a water bottle to support it. The surrounding space is dirty, with too many leaves and bushes. It's such a pity for such a location. I hope the home will be more neat.

Staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. Beautiful view, reasonable price. Check in on a rainy day so there are a lot of mosquitoes

Phòng không giống trên hình Đặt phòng 50m2 view rất đẹp nhưng lại cho nhận phòng chỉ 30m2 và không có view Có nói nhưng lễ tân không quan tâm và cũng không hoàn tiền khi đổi phòng nhỏ cho mình :)

Khách sạn tuyệt vời nha. Mình ở mùng 2 tết nhưng giá rất tốt. Mọi người nên book phòng trên Traveloka. Phòng siêu đẹp nha
