On October 31, 2024, I booked a room here. When I arrived, it was under repair. When I called the number in the booking, it was locked. When I called the hotel's website, it said it was closed. The staff's attitude was unpleasant. They said the hotel didn't know anything, the owner cooperated with traveloka. Then I called traveloka for support and waited to contact the hotel. Waiting for further updates from the unit....

Due to the storm, the roads around the hotel were closed but we were not informed in advance, the swimming pool was also unusable. The car also had to be parked in the basement for a fee, the most important thing was that this information was not updated when I booked the room.
