Great location and great staff

Clean room air-conditioning and running water. It is on the fourth floor of a cardiovascular center but well worth the stay slept well beds definitely comfy would stay again!!

I would rate this hotel 3.5 out of 5 stars. The biggest challenge was finding it at first, as it’s located on the 4th floor of a hospital, which was a bit confusing. The property also feels somewhat outdated. That said, I only stayed for one night, and my experience was generally positive. The staff at check-in were extremely friendly and welcoming, which made the arrival process pleasant. The hotel was clean, smelled nice, and provided a comfortable stay for the night. Overall, while the location and dated appearance may not be for everyone, the cleanliness and excellent customer service helped make it a decent experience.

Just the water was an issue! But it's a good hotel

What a find! I needed to stay 1 night before boarding a cruise. All the other hotels were very expensive. All the reviews for this hotel were good so I booked it and I'm glad I did. It is inside a hospital but you would never know it. It's a 15 minute taxi ride from the airport. I was traveling solo and a bit nervous but the entrance had a security gate due to the hospital. I arrived at midnight and the area was well lit, the hospital reception was right inside the entrance. You take the elevator to the 4th floor to check in. The room was nice, comfortable, quiet and safe. It is a 20 minute drive to the port but I would definitely stay here again.

Should be advertised in a hospital. Staff not around. WiFi not working. Not the cleanest. Parking not clear and you have to pay. Must pass hospital staff and the lady was rude.

Parking is convenient but you had to pay .the room are clean and comfortable

The toilet was dirty, the curtain smell of urine.

The hotel is the 4 floor of the cardio vascular hospital. Perfect for fast stay. Many Food services, and fast food near hotel. No parking on hotel. Good staff and security. Good rooms, exelents beds, hot water and A/C

Great location. OK facilities. Toilet was basically clogged from the start and the staff said "it will go down eventually".

The room not ready on time check in is 3pm arrived at 6pm and wait half hour more for give me clean room. The parking is to far to the hotel at the night not feel safe.

Staff was good and the room was cleaned. It was at times extremely cold with no extra blankets available, so just turn off the air conditioner and you will be alright, at least that worked for me. The TV was not working and the WIFI, at least during my stay, was terrible, but I was prepared and I was able to keep me entertain myself with my cell phone and some downloaded program in my IPad. During 2nd night (2 night stay) my door was knock twice, when I responded on both instances the staff replied “I didn’t know that someone was here”, this is problem, maybe is with the system or training issue, but that dropped my rating a couple stars. But the good thing, you are located in the medical center so if something happens to you help will arrive quickly, there is accesible cafeteria downstairs which they serve good food. Uber was easy to get just walking a few meters for pick up. Is convenient for business trips.

So much to say: first off there was no indication from Expedia that this hotel was located on the 4th floor of a hospital! You have to pay for parking per hour. Our room had only 3 bath towels (we had a family of 5, with room accommodating up to 6 people). When the water wouldn’t get cold to fill our water bottles we went to the fountain and it was out of service. We went to the ice machine and it wasn’t working. Went to raise the blinks when we arrived and a big metal thing landed on my hand. AC was blasting and the blankets were paper thin.
