Horrible stay, extremely rude staff, and broken amenities! My stay at Hotel Vertu was an absolute nightmare. I am leaving a 1-star review only because giving zero stars isn't an option. Everything about this hotel is terrible. Non-Functional Room: The room was in a pathetic condition. The bathroom exhaust fan, mobile charging switches, TV, AC, and even the room telephone were completely broken and useless. Worst Service: The room service and food service are practically non-existent. My booking included complimentary morning breakfast, but despite calling multiple times, they never delivered it to my room. And in room fridge not there Unprofessional Staff: The worst part of the stay was the staff. They are extremely rude, totally unprofessional, and completely lack basic manners on how to speak to guests. The only positive thing I can say is about the security guard, who was the only person on the entire property with good behavior. I highly advise everyone to avoid this hotel at all costs. A total waste of money Please don’t stay this property otherwise you feel like a 3rd class hotel

The internet is bad; it works only if you stand closer to room door towards the 1 direction and the speed is good for texting and not good for WhatsApp call., Television never work, four times reported. None bothered about the complaint. AC wont get cool even if we turn on for 7 hours. When the technician checked the filters are good. So The AC is just a dummy unit.

We stayed in this hotel for the second time. Excellent stay, good and delicious food, very good hospitality and services. Mr Sumit at the front desk was very helpful and supportive. Other staffs were also courteous. Overall, excellent experience.

The hotel was not clean,the commode was dirty and the other guest were openly smoking in the corridors and nobody was stopping them from the hotel. The lift was not working. The staff were polite and friendly,still we pay for the room and basic cleanliness is v important. The bedsheets also had some stains and sofa too. I hope you improve.

The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated with a modern touch.The bed was extremely comfortable, and the sleep quality was excellent—it felt just like home... restaurant served delicious, high-quality break fast .
