One small problem the allocated room had not been cleaned when we arrived, the staff rectified the problem without much of a delay.

Good location and hotel. Only giving 3 as dog friendly yet can’t leave dog in room and no dogs for breakfast area for coffee. So if you want to stay and have no breakfast or drink it’s fine

Very comfortable, clean and welcoming. Ideal for overnight stay, staff very polite and helpful. New building 2023 modern decor excellent bathroom with large shower head. Window in bedroom was large but no way to keep it open just a little for fresh air. Would stay again and recommend it to others.
