The service was terrible; the customer was told to wait downstairs and then directed to meet someone who looked like an online scammer.

They do not have a proper lobby or reception area. Guests are required to wait at the U Mall apartment lobby, where someone will come to pick them up and escort them to the room. The room facilities are also far below standard hotel quality. To be honest, it feels more like a basic guesthouse or budget lodging operating inside the Starbay apartment building rather than an actual hotel.
