A well located, clean and comfortable hotel. Would definitely recommend and use again if visiting Vienna.

It was a great choice for us as it was very close to the Metro station and was very convenient for us to travel and explore the city. Lovely budget friendly takeaways near the main road helped us save hundreds of pounds on dinning out every night.

Great location but hotel infrastructure is lacking -- no gym, rooms are too warm, phones don't work well, limited content on TV (all BSKYB, no BBC).

Lovely ecconomical and ease of access to the city

Beautiful room and amenities. Easy to get to the metro to go to the city center. Restaurant had good food and nice bar.

Clean lovely room, friendly staff, would book again

We arrived two hours early for check-in due to our flight, but the reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. They took our luggage while we sat in the restaurant and had a drink and lunch while we waited for our room. They even checked with housekeeping to see if our room was ready early. We were in no rush, so we were happy to eat lunch. The staff were very friendly and attentive. One evening for dinner, they didn't have any sugar free drinks for my boyfriend who is diabetic, so they removed the drinks from our bill as a courtesy. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is a short walk from Vorgartenstraße u-bahn station, so it's very quick and easy to get into the city. It was our first time in Vienna and we would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is modern, clean and of a high standard. Having said that, I would have expected that the damaged tiles in the bathroom would have been replaced, not just filled in. I was also surprised that my towels were taken away on one occasion and not replaced, and that the bins weren't emptied. This is not what I would expect from a 4* hotel. Nevertheless the staff were always very helpful and professional, and promptly sorted any issues. Additionally, although the hotel promotes its energy efficient policies, the AC was always left on in the room by cleaning staff, and the towels were replaced even when hung up to be reused as instructed. All in all I would recommend the hotel as the bed was very comfortable, the room is fitted with up-to-date furnishings, and the the hotel is located only a 5-10 min walk from the subway.

Front desk was eager to help us find our way to the main city. Also guided us using a map. Was extremely kind and helpful.

Exceptionally friendly staff. As a result of some flight delays and other complications with our luggage we arrived at the hotel with our kids very early in the morning, well before the check-in time, and completely exhausted. The lovely lady at the reception desk was extremely accommodating, setting us up in a room so we could rest, recover from the exhausting trip, and get a good use of our first day in Vienna, before our larger room would be ready for us to check in. Top notch hospitality! The rooms and hotel were clean and well maintained. The hotel was an easy 6-7 minute walk to the U1 line of the subway, so it was very convenient to explore Vienna from this hotel.

Wonderful place. Everything was very clean and in excellent condition. The staff was always eager to help.

Can’t fault the staff or service. Hotel room is super comfy and very well appointed - especially the bed and bedding. It’s very new so everything was pristine. Breakfast was excellent. Very good location - 5 minute walk to the U-Bahn and the main line into Vienna, with Stephensplatz etc only 5-10 mins on the train. My only criticism is that the bedroom doors need a soft close mechanism as the banging of the doors reverberates along the corridors.

Extremely well situated property within walking distance of metro links to other parts of the city. Rooms comfortable and clean, bed was excellent as were all the amenities in the room. Could get slightly warm in the night in the room, however this was just a personal preference, yet my husband said the temperature was fine for him. Breakfast was good, with a few vegetarian options available as well as the standard breads, fruits, cereals, teas and coffees. We would definitely recommend this modern, classy hotel. Thank you to all staff.
