Beautiful

Close to TCU, so great location for me. Friendly staff and very clean, nice rooms. Lots of construction in the area, but great stay.

The location is perfect to shopping, dining and entertainment. Staff was friendly but not overly so.The decor of the hotel was amazing. Our room was spectacular and we were able to relax. I love the lights and ability to get to the bathroom without having to turn on all the lights.

Beautifully appointed. Staff is friendly and attentive. Food and drink are top tier.

Great hotel, modern design, comfortable bed, several great restaurants, Emilia’s at the hotel lobby. Walk to museums across the street. Will be back.

We were put in an ADA room even when we inquired re: an upgrade as a VIP Expedia member, the toilet paper holder is of low quality, towels are kept across the room in a closet, hard to get to when in the bathroom.

The hotel is beautiful. We have stayed in some nice hotels ,but I believe this is the nicest so far. The room was large and very comfortable. We slept very well. Wonderful restaurant and bar on site. EVERY staff person we talked to was very friendly and helpful. A special shout out to Brian who did a great job with valet service.

The service is impeccable--front desk, valet, manager even checked on us. Just a fabulous place to stay!!!!

Really nice place

Terrible customer service. Not understanding of my situation and took advantage of me. Will advice my entire firm to stay away from this hotel.

The location is walkable to Dickies Arena, there are also some restaurants nearby.
