Perfect location, clean and comfortable place, with all you need for a good stay

Stayed on the 4th floor during a business trip. It was quiet and clean. WiFi worked well. There was an elevator for convenience. Safe neighborhood with a Starbucks on the same street.

Se stay 4 nights and eve thing was great, for sure I will stay here again

The toilet seat was broken since I arrived. Completely separated from the toilet. It took 3 days for them to "fix" it. It was still left loose on one side, so you had to try not to fall to the sides. The coffee maker did not work and it was never replaced eventhough I wrote in advance to say that a working coffee maker was a must for my work trip. After all the terrible customer service, and not delivering and fixing the broken neccesities, they could not let me check out 1 hour later. The staff is VERY noisy. They talk and yell even at customer sleeping hours. For people staying on the 1st floor, this is terrible. 4 am, 6 am, 11 pm. They dont care that walls are as thin as paper (according to noise). So. Never coming back, never recomending this property.

Se escucha mucho ruido por estar en planta baja de toda la gente que entra y sale y platica y está muy frío el departamento

Excelente opción para quedarse en zona de Polanco, cercano a Antara, Miyana, Homero, Mazaryk, restaurantes, polanquito. Seguro, con todas las amenidades, excelente servicio. Felicidades.

No tienes estacionamiento aunque diga que si tiene, te mandan a la calle con parkimetro, súper deshonesto, tuve que ir a rentar otro lugar. Una pérdida de tiempo!
