The room was spacious and nice, the only downside was the slightly long wait for the elevator and check-in.

The location and rooms were clean, but the lobby was under construction and it was very difficult to use the elevator. Also, there was an odor in the hallways and rooms. Since the price is affordable, it offers good value for money. I intend to stay here again. Upon check-in, they provided the contact information for a staff member to reach in case of any issues. Although I didn't actually use that service, I thought it was a very good idea for foreign guests.

The check-in and check-out process is complicated and time-consuming due to reliance on the building's reception staff, who are often unpleasant, even though the hosts are quite friendly. The rooms are run-down and equipped with low-quality amenities.

The room had too many different photos. Not worth the price. The room smelled bad, the floor was old and worn. The bathroom had a strange odor, the towels were not clean, and the provided toothbrushes were used. The key card didn't work, and the elevator was out of order.

The room was damp and smelled strongly of urine. The towels were very smelly. The water was dripping, making showering impossible. The elevator wait was very long, check-in was complicated, and there was no staff to assist. My experience was terrible.

The view is beautiful, the room is clean, spacious and airy, and for this price you get such a great view.

Everything is ok, location, facilities, swimming pool... only the hygiene is too poor, too sloppy, terrible. Even when the guest left, they didn't bother to change the bed sheets and pillowcases, just brushed them off and straightened them out even though they smelled bad and had hair falling out. The room was cleaned sloppily and had a bad attitude. The apartment owner should pay attention to the hygiene issue.
