The room smells, the TV has no channels, the water is dirty, there is no soap in the bathroom and there are no facilities in the room.

Ordered deluxe, good photos until the room, the room was damp, wanted to use the shower but there was no hot water, the bathroom smelled.

The room is not comfortable and the bathroom is also not well maintained.

I ordered and paid for 3 rooms, when I arrived at the place the rooms were sold out and only 2 rooms were available, plus 2 extra beds. The rooms were dirty, lots of cockroaches and mosquitoes... Hopefully it will be better in the future...

This is the first time I've stayed at a price of IDR 350 thousand per night without getting toothpaste and toothbrush, the room is poorly maintained, especially the bathroom, when I ordered the cheapest one on this app, it turned out the room was stuffy, smelled musty, lots of mosquitoes, the bathroom door was broken, luckily I didn't go into the bathroom, because I quickly asked to change to a more humane room even though I think it didn't match the rate...

It's decent for a very affordable price with good cleanliness both bed and bathroom. Location is also nearby the city center. I recommend for the traveler who just need place for 1 night stay to taste ambiance of Lhokseumawe city or take a rest before continuing journey in the next morning.

Comfortable, the service is also friendly, it can be used as a stopover if you go to Aceh again as a place to rest when you are tired.

Kamar cukup luas, ac dingin, cuma matras extra bed nya nggak enak kali buat tidur, sakit badan.
