New hotel. Spacious rooms and behind there is a garden, can relax with family. Cheap price.

Small hotel but very clean, close to everywhere.

The room is still not clean enough, the floor is still dirty, there are still plastic candy left over from previous guests. The bathroom water is not clear (brown). The bathroom floor is not sloped towards the drain hole. So the water pools on the floor. The layout of the items in the room is a bit odd. The TV is very far from the bed. Not visible from the bed. The AC directly sprays air onto the bed so it is too cold. The towel hanger covers the mirror and soap dish. The sink is too small. The worst thing is that the TV is already Google TV but the wifi signal is very bad. Can't use Netflix or YouTube. Asked for help from the officer but the officer didn't understand at all. I have WA'd the number listed by management but there was no response.

Everything is good. But if you get a room on the 3rd floor, it's quite hard to climb the stairs carrying a suitcase. Hopefully there will be an elevator in the future.

Nice, clean and comfortable. Because this is a sharia hotel, I can rest well without any loud music from karaoke/pub. The location is very close to find food. For those who bring parents, it is better to request a lower floor because this hotel still does not have an elevator. The staff is friendly and there is help to lift the suitcase to the 3rd floor. Will stay here again if visiting Padang

When we arrived there it was already night, and we got a room on the 3rd floor because there was no elevator so I negotiated not to be on the 3rd floor but the 1st/2nd floor and the staff refused because the rooms were full. After I said I didn't mind adding the price, they said it was available. The staff was dishonest and the annoying thing was when we left the room we were fined money to replace the cost of washing the sheets. My child happened to have a fever and nosebleed that night so it was natural that there was a little blood stain and as someone who understands, I just rubbed it with soap and it would go away but we were asked for money. I didn't accept it and negotiated so the deposit was deducted. It was excessive, I do know that there are rules for sheets but it's not like that, the reason is exaggerated

Everything is okay, unfortunately the only mistake is the WiFi which has poor connectivity plus the smart TV application is not updated, other than that everything is okay, and it would be even better if there was a lift, it's a shame for the elderly who have to go up and down the stairs especially to the third floor, hopefully in the future the comfort here will be improved.

A comfortable hotel in a great location, hopefully there will be a lift and breakfast soon.
