We booked this accommodation through the Traveloka app, but upon arrival, we discovered there was no parking, the air conditioning was broken, and the toilet was clogged. I thought Traveloka was a secure platform that verified its partners, but the reality was a complete failure. We confirmed with the accommodation, and they instructed us to confirm with Traveloka, as this had apparently happened before at the accommodation. We felt like we were being ping-ponged around because the accommodation seemed to be letting us seek clarification on our own, contacting Traveloka, only to be told that there had been no confirmation from the accommodation, so a refund was not possible. We felt VERY disadvantaged. We canceled our stay, and my money was not returned. The fact that I was able to write a review for this hotel clearly indicated that my money had been received by the accommodation and was a valid transaction. This meant the accommodation was getting my money without providing any service, and I could even say they were irresponsible.

The place is clean, comfortable, the AC is cold, as per the picture.

the room is quite comfortable, close to the Jurangmangu & BXC stations, unfortunately there are insects in the toilet that make it uncomfortable, hopefully it can be resolved properly. the bathroom is inside, the toilet is sitting, there is hot water, but it is better to bring your own soap and the like, only towels are provided.

It's a shame that there are no amenities provided, only gallons of water on the ground floor.

Close to Bintaro hospital, worth the price.

Suitable for those who want to transit overnight, the room looks old. Not like in the photo.

Jam keluar masuk dibatasi, tidak dapat sabun mandi atau sabun cuci tangan, tidak ada wifi, ac panas. Untuk harga weekend 380k sangat amat tidak worth it.

Tidak sesuai dengan foto, kamar mandinya kotor ada bekas sabun batangan di atas kloset sepertinya memang tidak di bersihkan. Tidak ada parkiran, biaya parkir 20.000 (tidak masalah), kalau mau pegang kunci gerbang harus bayar lagi 20.000. Batas cek in jam 11 malam tapi tidak ada info. Tempat tidur nya bersih, menurut saya lebih cocok di sebut kost-kostan yang di sewakan ya bukan hotel. Terima kasih 🙂.
